Conditions
- Leisure homes are available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and are vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
- Please note: Security barriers are in operation, arrival time is between 2.00pm – 5.00pm to collect your key. Please advise reception if your arrival will be after office hours.
- 8 berth leisure homes have one double bedroom, two twin bedded rooms and one double supplementary bed in the living room.
- 6 berth leisure homes have one double bedroom, one twin bedded room and one double supplementary bed in the living room.
- 4 berth Waypoint leisure lodges are 40' x 20' with 1 Double and 1 Twin bedroom.
8 berth leisure homes for hire are 37’ x 12’.
4 and 6 berth deluxe leisure homes for hire vary in size from 32’ x 12’ to 36’ x 12’.
4 berth standard leisure homes for hire are 28’ x 10’. - All leisure homes have a fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker and a microwave. Duvets and pillows are included. All leisure homes except the 4 berth standard have the additional luxuries of gas central heating and double glazed windows. All leisure homes are connected to mains water, mains waste drainage and mains electric. Gas and electric are included.
- You are required to provide your own duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases.
Alternatively, these are available for hire from the reception with a charge of £5.00 per bed. Duvets and pillows are not to be used without covers. - Cots may be hired from reception at a cost of £3.00 per night.
Cot linen is not provided. - Cancellation Arrangements: Deposits may be transferred to a future booking in full, with at least 2 weeks notice. A refund of 80% will be given if a minimum of 2 weeks notice is given. A full refund is given if the leisure home is booked out for the same period.
- Parking for one car only is provided with each leisure home. Extra cars are parked on the visitor’s car park at the entrance. Commercial vehicles are not permitted on the park.
- Parties of single persons are not permitted.
- Please note: We operate a ‘no smoking’ policy in all of our holiday homes.
- We regret that pets are not allowed in the leisure homes, with the exception of the 4 berth standard leisure homes into which one small – medium pet is allowed.
Please remember, owners are responsible for their dogs at all times whilst on the park and the following must be adhered to:
- To avoid fatalities, owners are advised not to leave their dogs in leisure homes for periods of 3 hours or longer.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Dogs are not to be exercised in the leisure home area. The entrance to the dog exercise field is situated at the entrance of the park. No access is permitted through the lodge park.
- Strictly no dog fouling within the boundaries of the park, any accidental fouling must be cleaned up by the owner.
The company reserves the right to refuse any booking, or terminate a holiday period whist in duration, which is detrimental to other park users.
